PURPOSE

To extend renewable financial assistance for the renewal of bar licence of running hotels.

ELIGIBILITY

Any running bar hotel are eligible for assistance provided they are functioning profitably.

MAXIMUM LOAN

100 % of bar license.

REPAYMENT PERIOD

The loan will be disbursed in march and the same should be repayed in 11 months from april to february.Maximum two renewal will be allowed.Thereafter loan has to be sanctioned afresh.

MODE OF DISBURSEMENT

A single installment in lump sum.

COLLATERAL SERCURITY

a.For existing clients having current loan accounts.
Minimum collateral security will be 100 % of loan amount(Bar license holders should be a guarantor of the existing loan).
b. For new clients.
125% collateral insisted(Bar license holders should be a guarantor of the loan)
