Purpose of the loan

  • Setting up new units at Industrial Estates
  • Modernization/ Expansion/ Diversification of existing units located at Industrial Estates
  • To meet all other fund based/ non-fund-based requirements of existing/ new units located at Industrial Estates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All new and existing units taking up industrial/ infrastructural activities are eligible
  • CIBIL CVS – 650 and above

Upper loan limit

The upper limit is up to Rs. 2crore

Internal credit rating

Should obtain a minimum credit rating of 40%

Promoter’s contribution

Promoters Contribution (PC - Minimum) -66%

Moratorium period

 Moratorium up to one year.

Repayment period

The repayment period shall not exceed five years, including the moratorium period
