Short Term Loan
- The upper limit is up to Rs. 5crore
- To provide short-term financial assistance for all activities that fall under any of the Corporation's existing loan schemes
- Applicable to all new and existing units
Financing Construction Activities And Housing Projects
- Financial assistance to builders and developers
- Constructing flats, villas and apartments
- Repayment Period 6 years
Working Capital Loans
- Working Capital Term Loan (WCTL), including SWS, for units in both the manufacturing and service sectors
- The upper limit is up to Rs.5 crore
- All new and existing units in both the manufacturing and service sectors (excluding Commercial Real Estate/CRE projects) are eligible
